How Can We Help?
No longer will you have to worry about transferring money and messing with bank account balances. In the newest version of Sage, Version 22, transferring is now easier and clearing a transfer in one account will no longer clear the same transaction in the other account.
This new transfer option is available in:
In 1-1 Checks and Bank Charges
1.Select Options
2.Click Transfer to Another Account
OR
In 1-2 Deposits and Interest
1.Select Options
2.Click Transfer from Another Account
When you use either transfer option, the program creates two transactions similar to the manual process used previous to this release. This provides a way to reconcile each account separately. If you void one of the transactions, both entries are voided.
