Do you use the notepad? If you do, here are a couple of features you may not be aware of.
You have the option of spell checking as you type or as you save. These features could be handy, but as some have found, they can be frustrating if they are checked off and the user isn’t aware. If you are typing a note in the notepad and it seems to be dragging, it could be a setting. Simply go to the notepad, click on options, then make sure to uncheck the Spell Check while typing.
If you want to utilize these features, simply go to the notepad, click on options then check off both or just one.
