Our customers have many different locations, each with equipment that we need to track lots of information on.

Track customers and all their related locations independently and consolidated. Each will have its history of work orders and related equipment and equipment history.

Our service agreements have multiple tasks and schedules that need to be initiated and tracked.

Service agreements can include multiple pieces of equipment with multiple tasks, related parts and preventative maintenance schedules.

We use excel or a white board to track the schedule of our service techs. It is very tedious and we can’t really provide visibility to the entire team.


A Dispatch Board that graphically displays the work orders & jobs that need to be scheduled and the techs & job labor available to get them done. Integration with mapping software provides even greater insight to which tech may be closest.

It often takes 20 – 30 days from completion of a work order to generation of the client’s bill, add 30 days to get it paid!

By completing the work performed on a tablet or smart phone, accounting can check the details of the work order, and confirm the parts or labor and send an invoice out in days, not weeks.
