Property preventative maintenance schedules on properties and their related equipment are managed offline in excel, when the work is needed to be done, we hand write the ticket on paper and wait until it comes back to determine if it was completed. No effective way to manage what was done, the parts used and any notes that may be pertinent.

SOLUTION
Set up all the property’s equipment and other assets that require systematic inspection or preventative maintenance. By entering a schedule the system will automatically generate the work order on the predetermined date a time.

CHALLENGE
We use excel or a white board to track the schedule of our service techs. It is very tedious and we can’t really provide visibility to the entire team.

SOLUTION
A service dispatch board that displays all the open work orders and the available maintenance personal and their schedules. The schedule is visible to all that care to see it. This is even available on smart phones and tablets.

Sometimes the Tenant should be billed for the services provided and this is an entirely manual process and one that is difficult to track.
