Greg Kirshe - CEO & Principal
Greg Kirshe is a founding partner and principal of United Solutions. From the early years of his career through today, Greg has been deeply involved with the Sage family of products, beginning as a regional manager for Sage (formerly known as Timberline) and then embarking on the creation of United Solutions, the premier New England business partner for Sage Construction and Real Estate software.
With over thirty years of experience meeting with hundreds of Construction and Real Estate Managers throughout New England, he understands the challenges business owners face and provides assistance and guidance with products such as Sage 100 Contractor and Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate. Greg is an authority on the needs of general contractors, real estate developers and managers, specialty contractors and service operations. His daily mission is to find ways for new and existing clients to become better companies through the use of United Solutions’ products and services.
Greg is an ardent supporter of his kids’ athletic endeavors, attending every sporting event possible when he’s not finding new ways to support USI’s long-standing customers.
He is an active member of several construction related trade associations including the Construction Financial Management Association and the Associated Subcontractors of Massachusetts. He holds a B.A. in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.

Ted O'Shea - President & Principal
Ted is Principal in United Solutions Group and is a Sage certified construction estimating consultant, project management consultant and CRM consultant. Ted is a graduate of Southern Polytechnic State University and Nova Southeastern University and was awarded a MSc in Computer Information Systems in 2001. Ted also completed 2 years of undergraduate studies in Commercial Construction Management. When not wearing one of his many hats you can find him at his home in Lawrenceville, GA with Lisa, his wife of 29 years, and their youngest son, Thomas. Ted enjoys serving his community through the Boy Scouts of America where he has been a leader for over 20 years. He is also an avid fan of Alabama Crimson Tide football. On most Sunday mornings he and his family can be found at 12 Stone Church in Lawrenceville. Ted enjoys the outdoors and is methodically working his way across the USA to visit every National Park on his bucket list. Ted’s hobbies include hiking, backpacking, boating, carpentry and home renovations.

Christine Galeucia - CFO
Christine Galeucia has been with United Solutions for more than 25 years and is the company’s Chief Financial Officer handling all company finances, operations and human resource functions. She has been in similar roles with property management firms specializing in commercial projects and has held internal positions with Boston’s leading hospitals, including Children’s Hospital Boston.
The diversity of her background experience gives Christine the know-how necessary to manage the company’s financials and day-to-day operations, including accounting, marketing, payroll and benefits.

Nancy Gabrielli - Sales Support Manager
Nancy Gabrielli is USI’s Sales Support Manager, a position she’s held since 2009. In this role, Nancy is responsible for creating highly-targeted proposals and providing administrative support to the sales team. She’s worked for New England tech giants Digital Equipment Corp. and EMC, and uses these experiences daily to enhance USI’s business development efforts. Nancy even dives head-first into her hobbies, whether gardening or turning her love of cooking into hosted dinner parties.

George Kirshe - Director of Client Enrichment
George Kirshe connects our clients with new product offerings and insights that can further bolster their workflow performance. By understanding that clients needs can change daily, George steps in with frequent communications to ensure maximum customer satisfaction. He also evaluates how clients use our products to determine if they are maximizing their software investments. His management experience in manufacturing and service industry companies reveals how George can instinctively identify how internal processes can improve by choosing the right solution. When he’s not boosting the client experience, he’s a booster for the Red Sox – but only when they win.

Scott Kirshe - Director, Estimating Sales
As Director of Estimating Sales, Scott Kirshe is involved with the company’s day-to-day management and sales pipeline activities for Sage Estimating and related digital takeoff tools and databases. Scott’s 23 years of experience within the estimating discipline influenced his decision to represent Sage products, primarily due to its seamless integration with Sage’s industry-leading accounting and project management solutions. “So many of the estimating solutions available today – including MS Excel – are standalone silos of information that require re-keying of data into other systems just to be useful across the entire organization, ” notes Scott. “Sage’s holistic approach sets it apart in the construction software industry and helps support our clients’ successes.” Of course, this deep background means nothing without having the right perspective for construction managers and general contractors. Scott gets this, with a solid understanding of the estimating and project management workflow processes construction companies rely on to get the job done. Within this, however, he also understands the need for improving the efficiency and accuracy of tools including scheduling applications, BIM and electronic takeoff software. Scott is ready and able to improve work processes in any setting, and is especially keen on developing strong relationships with his clients, and enjoying a few rounds of golf when possible.

Graham Macleod - Director, Sage CRM
Graham MacLeod has been implementing Customer Relationship Management systems (CRM) and business productivity applications for the past 24 years. In his career, he has worked with companies in the manufacturing, financial and technology sectors – as well as with specialty contractors and property managers. In all of these roles, Graham has continued to expand his knowledge of the ever-changing CRM landscape and learn the best practices for how to deploy CRM within a wide variety of business models, no matter the size of the company.
Graham joined USI in 2005, and in that time has built highly customized solutions that integrate Sage CRM as a front-end, customer-facing tool, to Sage 300 CRE Job Cost, Contracts, Property and Project Management modules. These solutions help contractors streamline the quoting and proposal process, and help real estate clients efficiently track prospective tenants from guest card through tenant renewal stages – always with the goal of improving information access and visibility throughout the organization.

Craig Trussell - VP Sales & Marketing
Craig has served United Solutions Group for 13+ years bringing with him 20 years of Sales and Sales Management experience in construction related industries. An alumni of Georgia State University Business Administration program, Craig enjoys working with people and seeing others achieve success. He believes relationships are the key to unity and team work.
Outside of chasing quarterly objectives, Craig can be found spending time with his wife, Tanya, of 25 years and their son, Hunter. Craig coach’s his son’s travel baseball team and teaches a Young Married Life Group class in his local church. During basketball and baseball seasons, you are likely to see Craig at one of the local high schools across Georgia officiating and he will answer to “Blue” or “Ref” on occasion.

Carolyn Freedman - Accounting Manager
Carolyn Freedman works in the accounting department at USI, and has been part of the staff since 2004. Her role encompasses many responsibilities, from handling accounts receivables and payables to document management and database work. She considers herself the Swiss Army knife of the USI team– a jack of all trades, willing and able to jump in and help out with any project. She enjoys swimming, hiking, gardening and sewing.

Judy Rich - Director of Professional Services
Judy Rich is USI’s director of professional services, and staying busy in that role is never a problem. She supports the team of Certified Consultants that USI’s customers rely on for problem-solving and new technology implementation. Judy makes sure the consulting staff operates like a well-oiled machine, and does it with an attitude that motivates her team to address challenges head-on and respond to client needs quickly. She has previously worked in the financial services and property management environments, experience that comes in handy every day. Judy brings her take-charge approach to the outdoors, where she can be found hiking, mountain biking and boating. She is also active in various school-related organizations in her community.
